Electric hammer, an electric tool, is one of the indispensable power in the decoration and construction industry. The electric hammer relies on rotation and hammering. The single hammering force is very high, and has a hammering frequency of 1000 to 3000 per minute, which can produce significant hammering force. Compared with percussion drills, electric hammers require minimal pressure to drill holes in hard materials such as concrete and bricks.
The correct use method can improve the service life of the electric hammer and prolong the service time of the electric hammer.
1. Before using the electric hammer, carefully observe the identification nameplate of the electric hammer to see whether the voltage meets the requirements and ensure that the electric hammer has no fault.
2. When the electric hammer is working, it is strictly prohibited to rotate the function handle to convert the speed, positive and negative rotation.
3. Protective equipment such as protective cover shall be used when using electric hammer.
4. The electric hammer is a tool for intermittent operation and cannot be operated continuously for a long time to avoid damaging the tool.
5. When the electric hammer finishing drilling, the power button should not be released immediately, but should be pulled out of the hole while the drill bit remains rotating, otherwise the drill bit may be stuck in the hole and cannot be pulled out. In case the drill bit is stuck in the hole, it is strictly prohibited to press the power switch again to start the electric hammer, otherwise serious injury may be caused, such as damage to the electric hammer. More serious will cause injury to the user. At this time, the drill bit must be separated from the electric hammer, and then take out the drill bit by other methods.
6. When using electric hammer, users should also pay attention to the environment and temperature. For example, in the cold climate area, it shall idle for two minutes before use. During the drilling process, do not block the heat dissipation and exhaust hole of electric hammer.
Be careful when using electric hammer to prevent injury.
