Woodworking saw blades are generally made of carbon tool steel. There are two commonly used brands: T9 and T10. (i.e. carbon steel with carbon content of about 0.9% and 1.0%). Before installing the saw blade, first check the saw teeth for defects, falling off, abnormal wear, bending, distortion and fracture of the saw disc; During installation, ensure that the rotation direction of the saw blade is consistent with the rotation direction of the machine spindle. In addition, pay attention to confirm that the selected saw blade is suitable for the rotating speed and feed rate of the material to be cut. Each installation of the flange plate shall ensure that the surface of the flange plate is flat and clean, parallel to each other, perpendicular to the axis, consistent in size, the minimum diameter of the flange plate is 1 / 3 of the diameter of the saw blade, and the gasket shall be vertical. The height of the saw blade above the plate shall be at least equal to the height of the saw tooth. When machining, it is cross-sectional, and attention should be paid to cutting at least 3 teeth at the same time, otherwise the saw blade will swing.
Special attention shall also be paid to that the cut materials shall be fixed during use. In case of abnormal sound and vibration, rough cutting section and bending, the operation shall be stopped, checked in time and eliminated. When the saw blade is not sharp and the cutting section is rough, it must be reground in time. The original angle cannot be changed during regrinding, and it must be repaired by a reliable special manufacturer.
