Now we will give a detailed explanation on some of the common materials and equipment.
A. Grinding Wheel Cutter
The grinding wheel cutting machine is different from the steel dividing blade for cutting aluminum profiles. It uses a special grinding wheel.
It is mainly used to cut the keel, including vertical keel, keel along the top and ground and transverse keel. The keel cut by the grinding wheel cutting machine has better effect, no deformation and uniform incision.
B. Expansion Bolt
Expansion bolt, also known as expansion screw, is mainly used to fix the keel along the top and ground. Generally, the selected size is 8 * 12 (the diameter of circular section of cylinder of expansion bolt is 8 mm and the length is 12 cm) or 8 * 10 (the diameter of circular section of cylinder of expansion bolt is 8 mm and the length is 10 cm). It should be selected according to our actual needs during construction.
C. Plumb
Plumb bob is a tool used to measure whether the partition wall is perpendicular to the ground.
D. Rivet Gun and Rivet
The rivet gun and rivet are used together. The long steel wire head of the rivet is inserted into the rivet gun, and the aluminum skin is exposed. The aluminum sheet jacket and the nail head are squeezed together through the pressure generated by the extrusion of the rivet gun.
It is mainly used to fix the vertical keel and the keel along the top and ground, drill holes with an electric drill (generally, if 3.2 rivets are used, the electric drill uses a 3.8 drill bit), plug the exposed rivets into the drilled holes, and rivet the vertical keel and the keel along the top and ground together.
E. Electric Hammer and Impact bit
The electric hammer is used to drill holes when fixing the keel to the top and ground of wall. It is matched with expansion bolts. If we choose 8mm diameter expansion bolt, the drill bit of electric hammer should use 10mm, which must be larger than the diameter of expansion bolt.
The bit used by electric hammer is impact drill bit, which is mainly used to drill holes on concrete or wall.
