1. When drilling on ceramic tile, it is better to use expansion bolt to fix the object, and then select the required impact hammer bit according to the size of bolt. If the hole of ceramic tile is greater than 10mm, it is better to operate in two times.
2. Drill a small hole in advance with a drill, and then expand the hole with a drill according to the required diameter. The purpose of this is to ensure that the ceramic tile is complete and will not be broken. In the process of use, remember to punch and paste sealing box glue. The purpose of doing so is to prevent the breakage of enamel on the surface of ceramic tile.
3. If it is vitrified brick or high-density ceramic tile, you can use a glass drill bit to punch through the ceramic tile at the drilling position, and then drive it with an electric hammer.
4. When drilling with a glass drill bit, because the ceramic tile is too smooth to locate, it is better to drill a hole first in the inclined direction for positioning. If you drill holes on a half ceramic tile, you can use a nail to make a small pit directly and then drill a hole accurately.
5. In the tile drilling operation, do not let the drill contact the tail of the drill bit. It is better to pull out half of the drill bit of the ordinary electric hammer. In this way, the electric drill has no impact on the wall, which can effectively ensure that the tile is not broken.
